About Somaterra

Somaterra is an opening—a space where the curious body and mind can wander, listen, and be moved. We are a constellation of creatives, practitioners,
movers and thinkers, drawn together by devotion to the living earth
and by a shared somatic language that shapeshifts across
forms, sensibilities, and expressions.
In coming together, and sharing our embodied transdiciplinary practices, we create a rich and permeable fertile ground where open-ended dialogues, new inquiries,
and embodied processes can emerge.
Invitation

We are Somaterra. . .
Somaterra is the groundwater that connects us, in re-memberance of our shared inheritance as embodied earth.
We are living, breathing, moving, and co-creating humans subsisting alongside all creatures who are also earth embodied.
We are atmosphere, water, and land folded into the membranes that define the living boundaries of our bodies.
. . .and so are you.
